Description

Mosher Engineering provided special inspections and construction materials testing services for the construction of an approximately 52-acre mixed-use development project. This consisted of access roads, utilities, landscaping, new apartment buildings and residential townhome buildings and retail shops in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.

Mosher’s services included soils, utility construction, BMP construction, foundations, concrete, reinforcing steel, post tensioning, slabs masonry, wood framing and pavements. Mosher utilized their SDS database program to document all inspection and testing activities and to provide current discrepancy lists for the design and construction team.
