The Construction Materials Testing Services group at Mosher Engineering provides on-site testing, monitoring, and special inspections of construction activities to determine compliance with project specifications. The Mosher materials testing laboratory has been accredited by The American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO).
